“How many pieces should I order for my wedding guestbook puzzle?”
This is a question I hear almost every day.
Good news! You do not need to get a puzzle piece for every guest.
Customers who get the number wrong say:
Ugh! I should have listened to you! Now I have about thirty blank pieces. I’d have saved money if I followed your advice.
I should have ordered more pieces. What was I thinking?! People had to share puzzle pieces and some of them just didn’t bother to sign because they saw the puzzle pieces were all full.
Customers who get the number right say:
Thanks so much for your advice about the number of puzzle pieces. We had just enough with a couple blanks left over. I was so worried we’d be short, but it was perfect. I’d have spent a lot more on the puzzle if I’d just gone with my gut – thanks for talking me into getting the smaller number of pieces.
So, how do you figure out how many pieces to order? Easy!
1. Decide how many guests are attending.
2. Identify the range (low to high) of puzzle pieces you need, given the chart on this page. (This chart is on every Bella Puzzles product page, too. Scroll through the product photos to find it.)
3. Read and follow the recommendations in the right column of the chart. They'll help you decide if you should order near the low end or the high end of the estimate.
4. If in doubt, contact Bella Puzzles for clarification. What if I don't yet know how many guests are coming to my event? Should I wait until I have a final guest count?
It's actually best to order now, while you're thinking about it. Make your best guest about the guest count.
The wait time for a Bella Puzzle can be 4-12 weeks from order time to delivery time.
Wait times change through the year.
If you want us to delay making your puzzle until a date when you have an accurate guest count, just let us know AT THE TIME YOU ORDER what that date will be. We will contact you on that date for the latest info about your guest count. We will put your puzzle on the production calendar for a time shortly after the date you indicate. If the guest count alters the number of pieces your puzzle requires, we can work with you if the puzzle price needs adjustment.
Comments will be approved before showing up.
Should you celebrate your wedding with a guest book that’s the same as somebody else’s? No, you shouldn’t! When you're shopping for a guest book alternative, consider wedding guest book puzzles. Bella Puzzles makes them in many styles and shapes, and all of them can include puzzle pieces that spell out names, dates, or create meaningful shapes. They're as individual as you are.
Seventy years from now, wouldn’t it be amazing to get out the wedding guest book alternative you had made for your reception, put on your reading glasses, and read all the inscriptions your friends wrote to you on it?
And wouldn't it be even cooler if that guest book alternative was a custom wooden puzzle?
